Prohibition Events approached us in 2021 for help designing artwork and creating videos to support the launch of the latest Swing Sisters album. Amongst other things, they needed logos, album artwork, single artwork, web banners, and videos for every track.

Prohibition Events supplied us with direction for the theme and styling of the artwork and logos, including inspiration from the 1920s through 1950s, then we got creating.

We began with the logo, creating several different treatments and presenting them to Prohibition Events. They narrowed down the choice and provided feedback, thoughts, and feelings. We used this information to refine the logo and get a steer on what the rest of the assets might look like.

We developed artwork that looked sleek and modern, then evoked decades gone by with the choice of model and outfit. This artwork was rolled out into the videos we created to sit alongside each track. Elements of the artwork were synced to the music, pulsing in time to beats and crescendos.
